At Fishs Eddy, we want you to love your new dinnerware and home goods, but we understand if things don't always work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Contact our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully wrap your glassware or ceramics in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip.

Ship It Back

Affix your prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
